Yes, absolutely. All our shipments are sent in the most discreet way possible, i.e. in a standard brown cardboard box, without any logo or any other indication than your address. The sender's address is not mentioned.

If your order is placed on a working day before 5 pm and all products ordered are in stock (= "Next Day Delivery"), your order will be dispatched on the same day and will be delivered the next working day. Please note that the delivery time is not fully guaranteed and does not depend on, but on the Swiss Post. Sometimes, like any other postal shipment, the delivery of a parcel may be delayed in its postal journey.

Yes, if you order on a Friday before 5 pm and you choose the "Express" delivery, your order will be delivered on Saturday morning.

In Switzerland, shipping is free. Please note that an administration fee (CHF 5.90) applies to orders under CHF 30.00.

For shipments abroad, the contribution to postage and packing costs is CHF 39.90 for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Metropolitan France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden.

Yes, simply choose "Pickup at our warehouse" in the delivery methods. During office hours and if the material ordered is available for immediate delivery ("Next Day Delivery"), your order will be ready for collection within a few minutes of placing it.

Once we have prepared your order, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking code for your package. Simply click on the link to track the delivery of your order at any time. Please note that it may take a few hours for the status of a shipment to be updated on the Swiss Post website.

Yes, when you choose a payment on account with SwissBilling, it is possible to select a payment in 2 or 3 monthly instalments. This choice is made after validation of your address at SwissBilling.

If you have not received your SwissBilling invoice, please contact directly, indicating that you have not received your invoice, your full address and your order number. You will receive a copy of your invoice within 48 hours.

In most cases, the error can be sourced back to the entering of the 3D Secure code when paying with your card. The 3D Secure code is not the code on the back of your card or the one you use to withdraw money from an ATM. The 3D Secure code has been sent to you by your bank or works via an identification from your smartphone. If you don't know or can't remember it, you can contact the bank that issued your card (the telephone number on the back of the card) so that they can help you.


If an order has been placed correctly, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, please check the "SPAM" folder in your email box, or contact us to verify that the order has been confirmed/shipped.

For any return of goods, initial contact with our support team is essential. Please write your request for return to including:

- your order number
- the name of the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return

Hygiene and respect for our customers are paramount. For this reason, only sells new products. Only items that are still sealed (= fully intact security tags) can be returned. Products whose safety labels are no longer intact (removed, torn, cut, etc.) cannot be taken back under any circumstances, and this without any possible exception. Please also note that orders shipped outside of Switzerland, as well as cosmetic products (lubricants, creams, cleaners, etc.) are not returnable.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned products. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your return, as well as the costs of the payment provider. If an order is returned in its entirety, a postage charge (CHF 9.00) will also be applied to cover the initial shipping costs of the order. Return costs are also at the customer's expense.

All products with an electrical or electronic component are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Products without electrical or electronic components are not covered by a warranty.

If your product is defective, simply contact our support team ( indicating:

- your order number
- the name of the product concerned
- the problem or defect affecting the product in question

If your order has been dispatched, you can check the progress of your order at any time using the tracking link we sent you by email. If the parcel tracker indicates that the delivery has been made, but you have not received the shipment, the parcel may have been handed over to a neighbour or person authorised to receive parcels for you, or it may have been stolen. If the shipment was made against a signature, please contact us and we will open a claim with the Swiss Post. If the shipment was made without a signature, no complaint is possible. In this case, you will need to check with your liability insurance to see if package theft is covered.
