How do you use a Bathmate HydroXtreme 7?
Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 can be used in a bath, or in a shower. We will describe here how it works in a bathtub, but it can be used in a similar way under the shower.
1. Fill the bath with water.
2. Once in your bath, put the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 under water to fill it completely. Hold it under the water while you insert your penis inside.
3. Make back and forth movements towards your pelvis as many times as is required to create a void. You must then begin to feel the pressure on your penis. The excess water then begins to be ejected by the pressure valve in the upper part of the Bathmate. You may need to pump 4 to 5 times until the water no longer escapes the pressure valve.
4. When you cannot pump your Bathmate anymore, the optimum vacuum has been reached, so relax for 5 minutes and let Bathmate do its work.
